i guess it's a given, but i absolutely LOVE tarot. astrology is great, palms are beautiful, tea leaves are fun, numerology is neat, but the tarot enchants me like no other. my brain loves the linear story, the rich symbolism from cultures around the world, the references to other divination systems, and the tangibility of it. i can hold the cards up to my face and admire the gloss of them, smell the cardstock, hear and feel the shuffle beneath my fingers.i'm very proud to carry my maternal great-grandmother's cards with me. she was the last to read in my family before me. i found them one teenaged summer solstice, candles lit on my bedroom floor for my own little solstice celebration. i have no idea what urged me that night to go upstairs and rifle through my mother's drawers, but since finding them i haven't put them down.since then i've had 10 incredible years with the tarot, trying to learn its secrets, buying WAY too many decks than is ever really necessary, and finding the cards everywhere in life. as a double Taurus, i pride myself on never letting something revealed in a reading feel too lofty or disconnected from the here and now. i like to keep my feet firmly planted.tarot to me is not fortune-telling, it's story-telling, a tool to give us insight into many perspectives on any given situation. tarot should never feel scary or feel unreachable in any way. i fill every card with intention and love for your highest self. ♡

everything i'll tell you about a card has a clear, explainable reason for that meaning. through a system of major/minor arcana, numerology influences, and four suits connected to elements, tarot offers a way to lay out a story in front of us and ask, where do i play into this? it's a way to find yourself in it and see through its eyes into a new perspective on a situation.i ultimately started reading in the style i do now because of the huge influx of performative tarot content i kept seeing online. in my early days of reading cards, i met a lot of people who told me similar stories about seeing tarot content creators/going to readers who claimed that '"he DEFINITELY wants you back!" / "you have a curse placed on you. i can remove it for an extra fee!" and other hyperspecific claims, usually linked to an extra price tag on more information.if a reader claims these things, they are usually FRAUDULENT!if the reader is the only one who can access the information being conveyed in a tarot reading, they have power to tell you whatever they want.my number one priority in my readings is reaching an understanding together about what the cards pulled mean, and why. i want you to feel empowered during the reading every step of the way. i take the trust you put in me extremely seriously. you deserve a legitimate, objective, and honest answer to your question. all messages given are ones backed up by hundreds of years of evolving tradition, artistry, and storytelling. nothing brings me more joy than tapping into ancestral wisdom, your highest self, and translating it through this powerful tool to create positive change for you.
